Clear Channel Outdoor

Job Summary:

The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) supports the Clear Channel Outdoor Financial Planning & Analysis team, primarily in P&L analysis, consolidated forecasting, budgeting, sales reporting, and corporate initiatives. The Director provides consolidated executive reporting for both the corporate office and the markets where Clear Channel operates. The aim of these activities is to provide timely tools and reports that allow the executive team to drive results. The Director participates in other areas of financial analysis, including market variance analysis, corporate initiatives, compensation analysis, special projects, and ad-hoc requests.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manages company-wide budget, forecasting, consolidated reporting activity.
  • Prepares material for monthly leadership meetings and Board of Directors meetings.
  • Provides in-depth analysis on revenue and expense items.
  • Prepares and presents weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and variance analysis for executive team and business units.
  • Assists in managing corporate initiatives.
  • Works with functional leaders to integrate and model information into business planning, budgeting, and forecasting exercises via financial systems.
  • Supports investor relations competitive / market analysis.
  • Provides support to various ad-hoc requests and special projects.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

Education and Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business with an accounting or finance emphasis.

Work Experience

  • Minimum eight (8) years of directly related experience, in an accounting/financial analysis role, in a large organization preferred.

Skills

  • Able to prepare and present complex data in a simple, understandable manner.
  • Proficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.) with advanced Excel skills (e.g., lookups and pivot tables).
  • Proficient in utilizing an ERP system for reporting, preferably Adaptive Insights, Workday Financials, and PowerBI to pull and analyze data.

  • This job is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment.
